Colorado’s Erin Reid,
Personal Trainer,
Figure Competitor,
Nutrition expect,
Public Speaking,
and all around nice, fun Girl......

Erin Reid has been a certified personal trainer since 2005. Her career began in Georgia where she trained at Flex 24 and Gold’s Gym. Being a certified Weight Loss and Lifestyle Management Consultant, her clientele consisted of mostly individuals desiring to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
She consistently produced extraordinary weight loss in her clients, the largest being a 110lb loss.
After moving to Colorado, her interests broadened. Erin began working with athletes, and has trained marathon runners, triathlon competitors, basketball players, rugby players, and football players. Most recently, she has been working with Figure and Bodybuilding competitors.
Erin also works with the Olympic discus thrower, Lance Brooks. She also enjoys working with injured individuals who
have recently been released from Physical Therapy. She says this is because she enjoys seeing the rapid improvements in quality of life when clients immediately come to her after PT to continue working through the injury.
She consults with a network of healthcare professionals to provide the best care for clients recovering from anything from a rotator cuff injury to acute brain trauma.
Erin owned an in-home personal training business for a few years, but is currently training out of a club in Denver. She currently holds Personal Training certifications from NASM and ACE, and offers customized training plans to meet individual client’s needs, whether it’s competition prep or general health.
Erin offers single sessions (30min and 60min), and a variety of training packages.

I have been training with Erin Reid since July 2011. In the past I have trained with other
personal trainers and she has been the absolute best by far. I am 60 years old and wanted
a personal trainer who would watch me to ensure I was doing every exercise correctly and would not get hurt. She exceeded my expectations.
When we first started she observed my body alignment and gave me exercises to strengthen the areas (my knees) that were weak before even beginning that day’s session.
In 6 months I have lost 20 lbs. and my BMI (Body Mass Index) has decreased from 25.2
to 22. I feel great! I am so happy to have met Erin and to have her as my personal
trainer!

Weight training, one definition: the art of turning an arm into a leg! Men and yes, women, if weight training is something you are interested but have been too reluctant or scared to try, then Erin is the one to help you obtain the confidence to actually succeed in building a better body. Over the years I have run and lifted weights, but never really reached my potential, and never looked as good as I could or felt really great. The first picture is of me 1 year ago at home; note the lower half of the shirt extends out past the upper half!
Over the last 6 months she has been transforming me into a healthier and fit person than I have ever been. The training and exercises have been gradual enough so as not to discourage me but intense enough to know that I have worked hard for 50 minutes. And yes, many days I am sore, but it is a good sore from accomplishment. In addition, not only is she exercising me but training me to be a more healthy person. She is educating me on how to take better care of my body not only with exercise but eating healther. Oh sure, a few food splurges now and again are OK, but she motivates me to ensure that I return to eating correctly for proper body care. I am bigger and stronger while becoming 14 pounds lighter and losing 4 pants sizes.
Note the trimmer, but more muscular body in the second picture. And this is just an intermediate step on the way to a lean, mean muscle machine!
Don't be afraid if you are an older person. I am 65 and just started serious weight training 9 months ago. So this year get off that couch and go for it. Join me in loving it!
